The Picnic Set

The Picnic Set is the perfect top and pant set to transition from Summer to Fall. This bright set embodies a lighthearted and playful energy — the kind of disposition we all hope to have towards life. 

The top has a flattering square neckline and adjustable straps, as well as playful tie-back, which leaves room for added size flexibility. The pants come in a flattering straight leg silhouette that hug the waist, then gracefully taper to the slightest flare.

• The Picnic Set is made using the craft of Ikat. In this technique, yarn is first dyed using a resist-dye technique. It is then handwoven into the checkered pattern you see by our artisan weavers.
• It is not digitally printed as you find with most fabrics. Instead the checks are actually handwoven into the garment, giving it the beautiful fuzzy edges and slight irregularities that are a hallmark of this craft (and handcrafted textiles in general).

• The set is hand-stitched by tailors and is lined with pure muslin fabric making it soft on the skin and giving it added durability.
